Rescue Jiang Renzheng

Petition from the International Society for Human Rights Calling for Immediate Action to Rescue Jiang Renzheng

Jiang Renzheng practices Falun Gong. On March 7th 2005, he, his wife and their two children were deported to the People's Republic of China (PRC). In China, Falun Gong practitioners suffer brutal persecution. Germany refused him asylum because Germany's public authorities saw no danger for Falun Gong practitioners deported to China.

On April 9th 2005, Mr. Renzheng was sentenced to three years of forced labor without trial, to be served in a forced labor camp in Benxi City. He was sentenced because he practices Falun Gong and he was charged with "Endangering public security."
Since July 20th 1999, the day when the PRC began the persecution of Falun Gong, more than 100,000 people have been detained. As of April 2005, we are aware of 1,583 verifiable deaths due to torture while held in China's forced labor camps, police stations and psychiatric clinics.

The International Society for Human Right (ISHR) demands the immediate release of Jiang Renzheng.

My personal signature to this petition appeals for the immediate and unconditional release of Mr. Jiang Renzheng, the speedy repatriation of the entire family to Germany, for freedom of conscience to become the norm in the People's Republic of China and for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong.

Did the Chinese Communist Party attack

Report on FDKansas Web Site Shut Down.

When I awoke on May 2nd, 2005 I noticed that the web site,, had been shut down with a notice from the
hosting provider to contact them. is a web site maintained by a practitioner of
Falun Gong living in the state of Kansas. It serves as the
local web site for all of Kansas and the Kansas City area.
It also provides information about the persecution of Falun
Gong in China to the public.

At approximately 3:00 am Central time on May 2nd, 2005 The web site was shutdown due to a CPU over
utilization spike on the hosting provider's server. This
triggered an automatic shutdown by the hosting provider.

When I called the hosting provider, they looked at the
server log files and discovered that there were over 180
simultaneous downloads of several videos exposing the
persecution of Falun Gong in China. This is a very unusual
traffic pattern for this site.

Upon further investigation, it was found that all of the 180
connections originated from a single IP address: This IP address was identified as coming
out of Shanghai, China.

According to a Harvard University Law School web site, real
time testing indicates that the web site is not
accessible from China. You can view that information here:

This means that the average Chinese citizen living in China
is probably not even able to reach the web
site. Presumably, this is due to the site being blocked to
Chinese citizens by the Chinese government.

This information coupled with the Shanghai IP address
suggest that the connections from China may have been
a deliberate attempt by agents of the Chinese Communist
Party to shutdown the web site.

Unfortunately, in order to insure that the FDKansas web site
would be available to the general public, the folder
containing the video files had be password protected. This
means that parties interested in the videos will no longer
be able to access them, at least not very easily.

It is my wish that the Chinese Communist Party will revisit
and change its policy of persecution against innocent,
peaceful and nonviolent Falun Gong practitioners, both in
China and abroad.

It is inconceivable to a rational mind that they would want
to stop people from living happier and healthier lives. It
is a shame that this repressive organization, the CCP,
interferes with the lives of so many honest and good people,
not only in China, but around the world.
